Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies strictly to the initial application or token amounts collected for Expression of Interest (EOI) or preliminary booking of units at Future Estate.

1. Application Amount Refund

As explicitly stated on our application portal, the initial application amount (e.g., ₹45,000) is 100% refundable for non-allottees. If you are not allotted a unit during the official allotment process, or if you choose to withdraw your application prior to the execution of the builder-buyer agreement (subject to terms outlined in the official application form), your amount will be refunded in full.

2. Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment (NEFT, RTGS, or Cheque) within 30 to 45 working days from the date of receipt of the formal cancellation/refund request in writing.

3. Post-Allotment / Agreement

Once an allotment letter is issued and accepted, or a formal Builder-Buyer Agreement is signed, any subsequent cancellations and refunds will be strictly governed by the cancellation clauses mentioned within that specific legal agreement, in accordance with UP RERA guidelines. Deductions may apply as per the executed terms.
